14.6.2018 / KARICO ACHIEVES EXCELLENT GRADES

We regularly carry out surveys to see how satisfied our customers are with Karico’s operations, products and services, and to find out the expectations they have of us. In the latest survey, our customers provided lots of positive feedback and good ideas for improvement.

Customer-oriented, skilled, flexible, high-quality and reliable are all characteristics strongly associated with Karico. The most important functional characteristic was delivery reliability, which was deemed to be at an excellent level at Karico. We also received many thanks for our service-oriented attitude.

When compared to other companies operating in the same industry, our grades in all sectors were around 4 on a scale of 1-5 (1 = considerably worse, 5 = considerably better). 86% of the respondents awarded us an excellent overall grade of 9 or 10 (on a scale of 4-10). 96% of the respondents would likely or very likely recommend Karico products and services.

We would like to thank all the respondents not only for their generous praise, but also for their valuable assistance with our development work. The feedback will help us to identify the factors which are most important to our customers and the areas where there is room for improvement.
