Customers are satisfied with Karico’s operations

We asked our customers for feedback on our operations with a traditional customer satisfaction survey. Although we do recognize our strength as a reliable and punctual operator, we are impressed by the satisfaction our customers have shown with the level of our operations. On average, our customers gave us a rating of 6.4 on a scale of 1–7 and the NPS figure* is an excellent 81.

We thank everyone who responded to our survey! We raffled three Verkkokauppa.com gift cards among the respondents. This time, Maria, Antti and Riitta were the lucky winners. The winners have been contacted directly.

Over 150 representatives of our customers responded to the survey conducted in November 2025.

*The NPS figure, or Net Promoter Score, indicates how large a proportion of those who responded to the survey would recommend Karico Oy Tarrapaino. The maximum NPS is 100.
