We handle all prepress work and file processing in-house. This makes label design easy and efficient for everyone.
Digital printing enables the cost-effective production of multicolor labels even in smaller batches, as no printing plates are required. Speed and flexibility are also key advantages of this method.
Hot foil stamping produces precise and elegant results. This foil printing technique allows us to apply striking metallic shades and holographic effects to labels and stickers.
Thermal transfer printing is a cost-effective option for simpler product markings or labels containing variable data. Barcodes and other printed labels can also be laminated for added durability.
UV flexographic inks offer excellent durability. Both the base color of the label and other printed elements can be matched exactly to your desired shades.
Rotary printing and die-cutting is an efficient method for high-volume production. High running speeds reduce machine time significantly, which has a major impact on costs for large quantities.
Flatbed printing and die-cutting is ideal for smaller production runs. The tooling is affordable and delivery times are short, ensuring you get your labels quickly and cost-effectively.
Laminating and varnishing significantly enhance abrasion resistance while giving your labels a stylish, high-quality finish.
Our finishing department ensures that you receive your labels in roll sizes optimized for your devices. By using the maximum roll size for your dispenser, applicator, or printer, you avoid unnecessary roll changes. If needed, we can also deliver your labels in sheet form.
